Most likely a jetting issue.

No details given but the picture appears to show a highly modified bike with pod filters and low restriction exhaust?
If so, the jets could be way off.

Is the issue a long standing one, or did the bike run properly at some point in it's current set up and then display these symptoms? The Pilot jets could have got clogged up while the bike has been sitting or running if fuel isn't properly filtered, there could be an air leak on the intake, or if it's just been modified the Pilot jets could be too small, the relation of the slide and needle might be incorrect for your PODs or again there could be an air leak somewhere on the intake where the carbs mount to the motor,
Regular or Premium fuel shouldn't make a difference to this issue, the fuel being fresh or stale might.
The Ignition timing should also be checked.

Sounds like the carb jetting is lean.
