All info is welcome!

Welcome aboard.
It looks like somebody has already done many of the more common modifications.
What are your goals? Sportier handling? Drag bike? Two-up touring? Factory perfect restoration? Your vision of the finished product will determine what comes next. There are thousands of pictures and build threads on this site. Do some exploring if you need ideas.
While you are doing that, chase down a genuine Kawasaki service manual and a set of JIS screwdrivers. These twe purchases will save you a great deal of money and frustration.

Hi welcome, nice looking bike you have there looks like it doesn't need a lot doing to it. What do you mean by billet? Yokes, rearsets ?
