true. The more I think about it though, the more I think this was my culprit the entire time. The first 5 min of the ride the bike ran like a dream, potentially best EVER...then went to shit. I figured it was because it warmed up, but I think once the pipe got warm enough, my patch fell off, leaning it out, and to make matter worse, maybe leaned #1+2 hole more than 3+4 due to the location of the crack. I knew I had a leak, but I think it got worse more as of recently. And I guess it makes some sense - more freely flowing exhaust would lean it out - why it only was a problem when starting from a stop is confusing to me, but maybe as the slide opened up further, more fuel was added, RPM's increased and it was more tolerant of the leak.
