Seams like the copper ring are too thin.
Exhaust clamps are tight against the block.
Also notice the lip of the exhaust installed is thinner then a n extra Kerker I have but can not use.
Is there a a brand that are thick?
I'm using Vesrah

Not trying to insult you but did you install new exhaust gaskets?

I have three set of split collers all same length.
It the lip on the exhaust is thin.

Some Permatex hi-temp copper sealant may also help.
Which I generally apply to help hold the new gaskets in position inside the ports while positioning the pipes, collars, and clamps into the ports and onto the studs.
