I have a kz550. Just found the right side pipe is blown in half. I like the Gpz exhaust with the powder coat black and silver Kaw logo. Is that a bolt on?

If my welding buddy can't fix my pipes, I want to find either a 4-1 exhaust or a Gpz exhaust. Has anyone here used Gpz exhaust? How about the EBay 4-1 exhaust that sells for $300? I just can't spring for a real high dollar name brand set of pipes for a bike that's not worth as much as the pipes.

All the kz500 and 550, as well as GPz550 pipes are a fit, Also GPZ600 and zephyr550.

Usually the rear hanger are different between models, easy job to make one.

How unfortunate, they all seem to be coming out of the UK.

Delkevic pipes are not much more than 300 bucks and since they're stainless, won't be needing to replace them anytime soon.
I believe they are now manufacturing in USA

Yeah, I think they are about 15-16 miles south of me on the south end of Denver Metro Colorado.
I talked to them once and they said to come take a look.
I'd buy them and have the brand new ones chrome plated... chrome plated polished stainless steel looks AMAZING!!
Paint the inside of the header tubes with a few coats of +1500 degree header paint... I bet they would last forever.

I only saw the first link at first. I've got my stock pipes out to a welder, and if I put it back together and it runs well I'll probably spring for some of those.
