Hey guys,

I went to put my clutch cover back on and every thing went on smooth until i went to tighten the Clutch . it just seems to be spinning freely and not grabbing at all... I'm not sure if this is suppose to be a pressed baring or what. If theres any tricks to getting this to catch im all ears...

That's the EZ pull type. Make sure the threads on the adjusting bolt aren't stripped. Grease it and put in in with the balls on the pockets. Adjust the bolt down to where it's tight, then back it off 1/8 turn and set the lock nut. You should be good to go.
BTW, do you have a manual? If not, get one.

Depending upon the model, you may need to turn the clutch release adjusting screw counterclockwise first until hard to turn, then clockwise 1/4 turn. Some manuals are ambiguous --- they just say to tighten it, then back it out 1/x turn.

Could try this first.

If it doesn't work, reverse the screw turning procedure.

Good Fortune! :)
