End Cam Cover Seals was created by skooterbum4real
I'm questioning the four, half circle rubber seals, that go in the end / side of the valve cover, along with the cover gasket.

This is the second set of these seals that I've purchased. The first set was made from a solid piece of rubber, molded into a half circle.

The set that I just received has a metal piece in the end / side of it, that fits on the outside / outer edge of the valve cover, then the center of it is hollow. I hope this explanation is understandable......LOL

I'm questioning how well these will actually seal with the hollow center ??

Any comments ??

I just replaced mine with the type your describing. They seal fine.

...And I agree, seems like an odd design.
