I found these tucked into my new (to me) feebay FSM, & posted these in the "documents" section a while back... apparently they have disappeared...(perhaps as a result of the hack a while back?) Anyhoo, gotta PM asking for them, so, here y'all are....(edit:) well, ummm, okay...how do I do this! ? I will try individual jpegs for each page...mmmkay...possibly resolution too high? 3rd time is a charm, LOL!

I printed my PDF out, then copied it as a photo on my computer.

Thankyou for reposting.

I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.

Good memory, Joe! I did, but it did not like my salty late season rides last year...I have had a new Delkevic stainless system since February...it is on her now, & with any carb luck (the new fuel rail o rings sealing, and clear tube testing fun tonight), I will hear it tomorrow! Hell, maybe tonight, even! LOL!

Thanks for the Kerker info.
Never did get that back in the '80's when I had a shop install the pipe new.

Nice Grumpy!
Been contemplating a Delkevic for my 900. Even wondered if my Kerker megaphone can be fitted onto the Delevic header if I just purchased only head pipe assembly.
You should do a short clip of how it sounds. I know sometimes the true sound doesn't translate well onto a recording but still would get a sense of how it sounds. Are you running it with the baffle?

Joe, As I understand, their outlet is inter-changeable with most other systems...Gotta get my mitts on another copper gasket...Gotta monster leak on #1...pretty sure I accidently crushed it while fiddling with install of header...Will definitely shoot a "fire up" video, as soon as exhaust is all buttoned up! She starts on the first kick, and no carb dribbles, YAY!
