Cylinder head swapping questions again :)

I did a search and I've looked on the net. I cannot seem to find the information that I need?/want.
I know the J heads will work on the earlier engines with minor modifications as I have done this more than a few times.
I secured the head and carbs off of a wadded up 1985 ZN1100 (couldn't let them just go to the crusher). Now with the different size and shape of the cylinder head compression chamber I wonder how well or what application it would have. like maybe a turbo bike???
Anyone use this type of head on an earlier engine?

I run one on my turbo bike.
