Installing PMFR sprocket cover was created by spdygon
So was trying to install PMFR sprocket cover but the rod seems to be a little long.

Space the cover further out from the crankcase. (Longer spacers on the bolts.) I would think.

That's what I was thinking...but the cover came with spacers and bolts.
Did the early models like a 76,77 come with a shorter rod maybe?

The rod needs to be shortened. I usually get a spare rod encase you want to go back to stock.
