Hello it is my first post,brand new to kz need some help I bought four basket cases hoping to build 2 bikes the ltd 750/4 is missing the ignition rotor and hardware advancer is there pickup coils are there nothing else will the pieces out of the csr 650 work?

Not sure what part is needed.
Most of the 650-CSR ignition components are the same, except the timing advancer.

check out the part number, some bits get used in quite a few models.
As a guess, I'd think most 650 750 electronic ignition parts would be interchangeable.

That's correct. They have the same igniter, pulsing coil & ignition coils.
The CSR timing advancer has a different part number --- I would assume its advance curve is different.

The advancer is still there the plate withe the pickup coils is there but there is nothing between the advancer and the pickup coils I didn't want to start pulling stuff of the 650 motor if it wasn't going to fit but if the rotors spacers and misc hardware is the same it looks like the 750 should run this weekend.Thanks
