Suzuki pistons in KZ

Just wondering if possible to use Wiseco, or JE pistons for a 2 valve Suzuki GS in a KZ build (and vice versa ). I am asking because I have a couple sets and be more likely to build a KZ than another GS engine. The wrist pins are 18mm on my GS pistons.

The KZ pins are 17mm and there is not enough meat on the rods little ends to ream the rods to 18mm safely.
I'm pretty sure the pins sit at a different height also.

GPZ crank has 18mm pins but you'd have to do some work to make it work with its different center pin and different length rods. Zed1015 has a point about the pin location on the piston also....
