Checked valve clearances for the valves on cylinder 4... intake is .15mm and exhaust was .8mm...... .15 is out of spec due to my manual but people on here have said it was later updated and that it's acceptable ...?

I haven't been able to do the float level one and yeah I've done a compression test . I was asking if my intake valve being .15mm is okay?

If that carb is starving for fuel you will get nowhere. What are the reading in the compression test? .15 is the limit on clearance.

Should be level. You can make a small fuel tank out of a plastic water bottle to hang above it. Drill a hole in the bottom small enough so the hose is tight. Loosen the cap, fuel flows, tighten it, it stops. simple.

By the way,beautiful H2, man.
Tripleted wrote: Get the bike running( on the cylinders that it does run on) and then spray WD 40 into the non running carb. If it is a fuel problem the cylinder will fire up and the pipe will warm up at the exhaust flange. Take the float bowl off and see if there is fuel in it. Turn the fuel on and see if the fuel pours out with the bowl off. Take the carbs off and clean them the right way and use WD40 with the red spray tube attached to the nozzle to spray into every hole and make sure you have all air and fuel passages clear. Having said all that, it is probably either a clogged pilot jet or clogged float valve.
