'92 KZ 1000 Police won't start

I replaced all the gaskets in my engine, put it all back together, checked the fuel, plugs, and wires but the beast won't start. The crank turns but that's it. Any suggestions?

cams out of alignment ?? timed ignition in time? everything plugged in? valve adjustment right?

How do you check the above items?

1. what gaskets did you change?
2. did the bike run before you started working on it?
3. undo what you did
4. buy a manual, it will be a valuable resource
