KZ750 Spectre CYLINDER HEAD TROUBLES

Hey KZriders,

New here and new to bikes and could use some help. I have a 1983 KZ750 Spectre I'm building up right now. After taking my cylinder head to the machine shop to get some stuck buckets off, I found out that most of the cam screws (13/15 or something like that) were also broken inside. So with both stuck caps (trust me we tried everything and still 4/8 wont come off!) and $250 dollars of screws to drill out I figured that cylinder head isn't worth it anymore so I'm looking to get a new one as used range from $100-200 on ebay. As Spectres are relatively rare I was wondering; if other KZ750 models have compatible cylinder heads?

Would very much appreciate the help, I've tried Google and Wiki and the whole sorts with no luck.

Any four cylinder KZ750 head will work.

If you haven't bought a new head yet I've got one you might be interested in. It's from a 1980 or 1981 KZ750E.
