KZ440-400 swap

Anyway what exactly are the differences between the 400s and the 440s?
The reason I ask is because I have acquired an '81 KZ440D (LTD) that had a spun con rod bearing. After searching for months have failed to locate the parts I need or a decent replacement motor but have managed to get my hands on a good running 400. I knew enough to get one new enough to have the external oil feed. Running the numbers I believe it's a '79.
Other than the pistons, cylinders and cam gear is there any other differences I need to know about?
Sorry for running on and thanks in advance.

Partzilla lists them as still available (the only online parts site that did) but when I ordered them I received an Email a few hours later stating they are obsolete.
I found a guy on ebay that had a set but he wanted $50ea. (that's $100 for the complete bearing)

but being the crank should be replaced as well, that means replacing both sets of con rod bearings and all mains
It's way easier this way.

Other then the pistons, cylinder jugs and cam gear (along with a kick start) is there any differences between the 400 and the 440 I need to know about?
i.e. spark plugs/gaps, carb jets, CDI etc.

Thank you, just so no unexpected surprises come up with this swap. I will be obviously keeping the 440 around for a parts motor and future bore increase. After some head work :evil:Nebr_Rex wrote: None what so ever.
