1982 KZ750 Twin CSR. All stock

So tore down my carbs today only to find out that that I had 2 different size jets in the bike .I have a 115 on the left and a 145 on the right

Could that be giving my problem with my right cylinder hardly firing?

Well I may have confused the Jets now, but I know one says 145 and one says 115. I have fantastic spark from both sides.

If I unplug the right spark plug boot while the bike is on, nothing will happen at all, but if I disconnect the right spark plug boot the bike immediately dies.

So I figured out 115 main Jet is stock size for the bs34 carbs on my bike, but one of the main jets on the carb that wasn't firing is a 145. I'm just wondering if this would affect the bike enough to the point that a cylinder wouldn't be firing properly or adequately. Does anyone know where to buy the rebuild kits for these bikes?

main jet size would have very little effect of engine running at idle or low speed or any throttle opening less than 1/4. The pilot jet circuit runs that. I recommend top down cleaning. Clean the fuel tank and petcock and install inline filters. Clean the carbs and then set fuel levels with clear tube. Need to do mechanical bench sync to make sure they are equally open at idle.

Not sure about rebuild kits. Try Z1 and maybe Old Bike Barn or Bike Bandit.
