For pods, you will need adjustable needles. Either the dynojet ones or adjustable factory needles available in most rebuild kits. For a starting point, try 98 mains, needle clip at the third groove from the top (on either type of needle), and 34 pilots.
Ive got adjustable needles already.
Can I get these size jets somewhere or do I have to drill out the ones I have?
I haven't found them anywhere but you may know of someplace that I haven't checked.

I think he is ordering some Keihin mains from Z1. Then we'll see if they are a substitute for Tk mains.
There are no larger pilots, so if you want to go bigger on the pilots, you'll have to drill them.
Some people just go bigger on the mains to mask the leanness of the stock pilots, but I find the bike is a little too rich then, under heavy acceleration, and gets slightly sluggish on really hot days. You would only notice if you spend a lot of time on the bike.

That should make it a shaft-drive Ltd, correct?
That uses TK26 CV carbs. Dynojet makes a kit for the, very similar, TK26 CV carbs on the 1982/83 Kz550H1/H2 gpz bikes. I think you can yuse the same kit for your bike. You might end up slightly richer, so if you can then find Keihin mains that are a little smaller than the Dynojet jets (they numbers are the diameter of the orifice in hundredths of a mm, but the orifice cross sections are different so the numbers might not correspond exactly).
