38 or 40mm mikuni flatslides?

I have a kz with a 1327cc and a fully worked gpz1100 head flowing over 100 cfm. would 38's or 40's flatslides be a better choice? It's a 10.5 to 1 bottom end that will be like pro street and occasional dragstrip.
