help! where does this dowel pin go?

Hey guys, I'm rebuilding my 1980 kz440 and I split the cases to get them all cleaned up. While cleaning the cases in the parts washer this dowel pin fell out and I have no idea where it came from. I'm hoping one of you will recognize it and tell me where it goes. It is pictured here next to a 10mm socket for a size comparison, thanks for any and all help guys!

Answered my own question! Found a service manual online and located this dowel pin. It is located under the balance shafts and it holds the other pin in place that holds the cam chain guide. Hopefully this thread down the road will help somebody in a similar situation.
