Any j series head cap should fit your head,The more of them you have to choose from the better the chances of finding one that's close,Id strip the head down first so you can spin the cam and check for tight spots.Id also plastigauge it to check for bearing clearance.
The number shouldn't make any difference,its the clearance you need to worry about.

The head is disassembled. #3 isn't on the head. NEVER believe that cop mechs are G2G.

Be careful. The cam caps were cast with the head -- then machined. So they fit like puzzle pieces. Golden rule is you never replace or swap a cap. But it you have no choice, inspect alignment and oil clearance carefully. In some cases the cam won't even turn with a foreign cap installed.
