not sure if anyone will know the answer to this but im looking to rebuild my kz305 ltd engine this winter. seems as though theres more support for the csr and im not sure if theres even a difference in engines. was wondering if it matters which rebuild kit i buy before i order one?

A couple things, in this regard...

- Check the Kawasaki site and compare model # from the CSR and your bike. You can start here... and follow the bouncing ball: www.kawasaki.com/DefaultFrame.aspx?strCo.../VICHOOSEVEHICLE.ASP

- RE: the confirmation email, might check your SPAM folder in the email acct. I've seen them get tossed there... sometimes. GL...

OEM gaskets are superior to aftermarket in most cases. I'd stay clear of gasket kits because Kawasaki sells gaskets individualy, not in kits.

only problem with that is there are a lot of parts that are discontinued that i really need like a cam seal behind the breaker points.

I replaced mine about 4 years ago. don't remember where I got it from but it wasn't difficult to get a hold of. try a cheapy if you can find one. it only takes 5 min to change if it still leaks and youre only out less than $10 hopefully
