cooling system check was created by Dukesy
Hi all,
I concerned that there's no flow in the cooling system of my Z1300. Is there a way to check ?

Only issue would be a plugged radiator or a stuck thermostat.
Why do you think it has stopped flowing? Is the bike overheating?

Ive only just bought the bike recently. Got the carbies sorted out after a couple of sump fulls of fuel and just going over everything. The fan isnt working but ive found the problem and that's a pretty straight forward fix. Ive heard there has been some problems with impellers coming off. Shallow groove that holds the circlip. But would rather not take the exhausts off and pump cover to check.

With the fan running does your bike still overheat?
