and don't worry motor head u tried the best you could from your limited knowledge to help even if the question was about a set of pistons that still remain unknown at least my original question was answered from some one here...........
To bad you got off to a bad start with Motorhead, he has probably forgot more information about these old bike then you and I will ever know. A service manual is suggested to everyone that comes here as they are a great source of information on maintenance and rebuilding of KZ/GPzs. I don't have an 1100 so I can't help you there. I did buy a gasket kit for my 1000 from the eBay seller you have listed for the over sized pistons and I'm not impressed. They are what you pay for, cheap. The gaskets are very thin. I bought NOS head gaskets and base gasket and there is a BIG difference in quality. When I do my big bore kit, I personally will not use anything but Wiseco. I have invested to much time and money on the bike now to cheap out on some of the most important parts of the bike. If a cheap piston pin goes......... makes me  to think about the damage it would do to the bike and possibly myself. I ride my bike hard and like to know that it handle what I throw at it. Just my .02, take it or leave it.

You asked a question and were given an excellent answer. As MOTORHEAD recommended - You SHOULD buy a Kawasaki Service Manual. Yes, it in fact DOES answer your questions about the max you can bore cylinders, etc. It's a shame you were so quick to dismiss good advice and got snippy about it when the advice was given in good faith. I don't know where you read that, but that info is wrong.
I've yet to see a liner that is not cast iron. And if the dimensions work out right, you can even ditch the liners and have the aluminum cylinder coated with Nikasil. I know a fellow that did that with a750 twin.
