I'm just wondering is the little spring under the clutch cover only thing to return the clutch Handel to orignal position cause mine won't go back all the way if I tighten it up on top or in tge middle their is like no play in the clutch to engage and disengage clutch hints

No. The springs in the clutch mechanism push things back when the lever is released. Have you tried properly adjusting the clutch using the instructions in the Kawasaki Service Manual? Ed

No my manual just shows one spring the clutch mechanism moves freely with out the spring and cable

U were right strange when I tighten down the case on side like boom worked crazy
