Is the 45/46 link and the chain is tensioned.

Am I set to the correct timing?

Looks like mne. Looks good. Hard to make out the marks in your photos but as long as all is like this

Ok then I can rule this out for why my bike isn't running.

It's not hard to figure out why a motor won't start.

(1) Is there spark at the plug
(2) Is there at least 100 psi compression
(3) Is fuel getting to the cylinders
(4) Is air getting to the cylinders
(5) Is air getting out the exhaust system *

Number 5 is starred because some people might find it silly. But several times I have found exhaust systems plugged with various kinds of nuts, thanks to our little furry buddies.

So, what happens when you try to start it? Popping back out the intake?

It was running for about two months beautifully. Riding it about every other day. Then one day I was riding and it seemed as tho the mid rage power wasn't their. It wasn't bogging just acting sluggish. Once I hit the top end power it was normal again. When I got home I reved it up a few time. Did a final high rev and then it kinda went boom. Some fire shot out of either the intake or exhaust locations on the engine. Happened to fast so I don't quite remember. Then it wouldn't start. It cranks over still. I can hear compression. If I try and start it it looks like smoke is puffing out the far right carb. Idk if the cylinder numbers go from left to right if your sitting on the bike 1234 or 4321
