Engine assembly

My manual and bible one dont show good enough diagrams were to put gasket sealer on the head gasket and lower under the cylinder one also what adhesive agent do I use on the rubber dampers for the cam chain guard I'm putting it together tommrow so any tips or help is much appreciated.... 1980 kz 750 four or h1 thanks

Don't use sealant on any gasket and I have never used glue on the dampers.

Sealant on headgasket = BAAAAAADDDDD IDEA.... you will blow through the sealant in short order, and blow the head gasket. You will end up buying a new gasket and rebuilding all over again. I know this from my younger and stupider days
