98 CBR 600F3(filter, pipe, adjustable cam sprokets, dyno tune)
76 KZ900A (LTD gauge pods, crash bars, LTD(style)pipes, dyna coils and ignition,headwork and mild port cleanup by cavanaugh racing, K&N filter pods, heck I dunno.

Neutral indicator switch and output shaft are the other two locations.

Looks to me like a mission cover, that should house the front sprocket and clutch pushrod...

Larger hole is the #21 rubber oil seal that fits over the splined shaft to which the front sprocket attaches.

Huh. I ordered the kit from Z1 and it didnt include one for it. I looked at the parts diagram and the manual but didnt see which seal it is. Anyone have a part number? I should have saved the seal lol

What "kit?" :unsure:

Look under "Clutch" in the kawasaki.com diagrams at part 25 to see the o'ring size, part number, etc.
