kz1000 1981 strange sound coming from engine

Hi all!

I'm new but I am looking for help.KZ1000 CSR 1981 32 000 km (only)

I made a video of my KZ engine running:



Symptoms:
Engine sometimes stay stuck at higher rpm then calms itselfs.
At first it stalls on idle.

What I will do:
Seafoam as the bike didnt run for over a year,
Spark plugs and oil change done.

I'll post if the seafoam helped..I would like to get advices still.Oh and both the RPM and SPEED gauges got changed by PO.The speed one works well..The rpm is stuck at 6000 even when bike is idling at 1200.If I turn the gaz on a bit it will go up but its like if 6000 was 0 RPM....

You need to adjust the cam chain.

Okkkk...DO I have todissasemble the whole engine for that?
