Carb Heart Brake

Tore into the ZR1100 tonight to begin the jet kit pod air upgrade. Discovered why my bike has been struggling prior to this. Every one of the diaphragm's on the slide are damaged. It looks as if by a fire. Previous owner had rigged them with some kinda of RTV.
Any clue what other model carbs would be a direct swap for my 93 ZR 1100? I figure it will be cheaper to replace the carb's than to purchase all 4 diaphragms. Any help is greatly appreciated.
