Kz250 compression test

Hi everyone

Thought it was time to finish my near 5 year kz250 project!!! The engine has vapour blasted, cylinders honed new rings and gaskets all round. I have also fitted an piraña electronic ignition. Before I try to start the bike and set it up I thought I would carry out a compression test. I am getting around 125 psi pers cylinder with the engine cold, the standard is 156 with the engine hot so does 125 cold sound about right?
