Hi guys,
I'm rebuilding my kz 750's engine and I want to bore it to 810cc, I already found the kit online, now..
Do anyone already fitted it? I'm a bit worried about the barrels.. 3 mm oversize it's a lot.
-Is this Wiseco 810 kit reliable?
I'm also looking for performance cams but I have no idea where to find it.
For the carburetors I heard that there's nothing better than the keihin flat cr but wich size?
And last but not the least i need a good exhaust.. I found the Vance & Hines megaphone , but I like the Kerker as well.
Now, if you have any tips of suggestion on what and where to buy please reply.
Thanks for you help

lots of people have run wiseco pistons in 650's and 750's. The 810 is considered a pretty solid build.

For cams you have to send your stock cams in too be hardwelded and re-ground. Megacycle and Web Cams are your best options.

If you are going through all this work you should look into using a 750 GPZ head, they flow better than the normal 650/750 heads.

I would also suggest you rebuild the starter clutch of you haven't already.

If I knew what I was doing all the time life wouldn't be any fun.

to be honest I'll prefer to work on my motorhead rather than buy another one.
I don't know later butat the moment that's my idea
Any suggestion for the carbies?

Your bike has 34mm Keihin carbs on it, those should have no problem if properly jetted...

Some people prefer the BS-34 to the Keihin but they can both work.

If I knew what I was doing all the time life wouldn't be any fun.
