kz900 Cylinder head rebuild guy in Michigan

Anyone know the best source of shop work in Michigan area for rebuilding my kz900 cylinder head? Thanks. Or anyone else I can uship it as well. Im looking to have it complete overhaul not just valve grinding.

Joe Hooper at Pitstop advertises here and I have had good luck with his services

Jay at APE does heads

You might try Zacks cycle in Milan MI, THey used to do Kaw work and were good folks to race against, but have no personal experience with there work

DONT go to a local auto shop who might do it wrong, Don't like to roll the dice on a maybe

He doesn't specialize in KZ's, but Ron Hamp ( www.ronhamp.com ) in Elwell, MI knows his way around 4 stroke MC top ends. He's got a very good reputation in the MX and Dirt track racing world.

When you want work done on a kz z1 head you want to have someone that knows them well and all the little things that others wouldnt have a clue about.
