KAwa Z1000H lots of white smoke

I'm rebuilding Z1000H. I have new piston rings, new gaskets, new valve stem seals. Valve stem, Cylinders and pistons are in tolerances. The biggest bore after honing is 70,07mm. Smallest piston is 69,931mm. Compression is from 12,2-12,9bar. I have a lot of white smoke and I burned 0,5L of oil in 80km. There is oil in pipes. Piston rings are bought on USA ebay and produced by HY piston rings.. I installed second ring with dot and notch pointing up. Is it possible that this ring should be pointing down because it looks like ring is pumping oil into head. Head is leak proof it is tested with gasoline. This is the same engine as on KZ1000G and pistons have mark KZT00H. I forgot to look direction of old second ring but mark N is on the same side as notch. If someone have same problem please help me.

Only thing I can think of is. Its possible that the oil ring is overlapped. Did the set you got have a corragated oil ring? If its overlapped it will burn oil.

letter or dot go up for the rings........do your pistons have the expander and 2 wiper for oil rings.....or 1 piece oil ring..

possible laid over oil ring :huh: or broken compression rings :blink: ...or piston wrist pin circlip came loose :S

I have three piece oil ring and everything looks O.K. I think ring can not overlapp if gap in piston is O.K.
