Crank is bent...

i recently was given a 1981 kz650, it was dropped on its left side broke the stator cover and stator and after i removed the old rotor i unfortunately found it bent the end of the crank that is tapered to seat the rotor. Do i have an options other than replacing the crank. i wasnt really wanting to do a engine tear down...

Another option would be to replace the engine with a good used example.

Perhaps from ebay. There are several listings.
Do an ebay search for kz650 engine.

Could also consider starting another topic in KZr Classified Wanted forum.
