KZ400 piston , 13001-1001 / 13001-1001E

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationNo eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationNo eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHey guys
Last summer I burnt a hole in one of the pistons on my 79' KZ400 B2 ... was ringing it a little hard .
Holes in my carb diaphragm , intake rubbers and pod filters with no jet change .
The dilemma I have is that I have sourced 1 standard piston for it (#13001-1001)
... and want a second fresh one also ... this one has popped up on ebay and I'm not sure if it is the exact same part as the one I have .. it is listed as a #13001-1001E ... it seems the E is hand written on the box in the photo.
Can any one tell me if this is the same as the first piston? A standard KZ400 B2 piston?
Also looking at a set of after market piston rings ... any advice on them? .. best to go genuine?

I see no reference to the "E" part number in the fishe.
As for the rings, those aftermarket rings would most likely be fine, but I'd figure out cost before deciding.

I would mic the cylinder walls to find out if they are scored or worn and would need the next oversize piston.
