Which model do I have?

Hey all,

I recently purchased a kz650 bobber as a project bike and a summer toy. I am trying to buy parts for the bike but I can not figure out which model I have. The engine number on the bike is KZ650BE107607. I have been searching the web and this forum and can't seem to find anything.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome aboard! You can check your kz650's frame number (it's stamped on the right side of the steering neck) and engine number against the info on this link to figure out what year the engine is and what year the frame is. Hopefully, they're the same year. Ed

The B-model engine was used on lots of 650 from '77 to '80. The frame number give you the actual model of the bike.
