Nothing on your list that you want to go cheap on,
Coils , I use Dyna
Plug wires , Taylor
Plugs, ND
Chain,Tsubaki ONLY
Sprocket, The best I can afford
Clutch PADS ? If you mean fiber plates Vesra work for me
Tires , Metzler

Put OEM Kawasaki clutch plates in it. There is nothing better.

A lot of riders buy their parts from Z1Enterprises. I would go with the smaller chain size.

I personally run dyna coils and 8mm solid core wires. ngk b8es plugs. stock kaw clutch plates. I run a D.I.D. race chain. and a custom rear sprocket from sidewinder. The sprocket I bought from sidewinder is guaranteed to never fail or wear out, not sure which brand front sprocket. And for tires im running a bridgestone battlax on the rear, cant remember on the front. But then i should say i didn't cheap out on any of those parts. im sure there is cheaper stuff out there.
