hi all just looked through the forum in search of a compatibility list of headers but failed to find one.
actually i want to know if ZX6 header would fit for KZ750? i heard that ZX7R's would but they apparently aint that wide spread as ZX6s

I think you have to get mufflers from an air cooled model - KZ650/700/750, ZN700/750, ZX750, or ZR750 (90s Zephyr or ~2000-02 ZR7/ZR7S).

Water cooled motors have a much smaller footprint than air-cooled engines. So, a 600
later series would have a narrower motor than an earlier series 650...hence, the headers will not interchange. However, a header from a later series ZX750 and ZR750 (air-cooled) will interchange with an earlier KZ750 series.

The Zx600 motors are based on the Kz550 motors. Zx600 headers work on the 550's, but won't fit on the Kz650/700/750 motors. They are a bigger footprint.

thanks everyone!
i don't need mufflers only header
too bad that ninja 600's won't fit, coz i've seen lots of stainless headers for ninja 600 and none for zx7rs, cept real expensive ones
