Hello forum,

I would like to disable my factory oiling system to head and install a top oiler.

I would like some advice but do have a few questions.

Do they make a billet cross bar for the head as the Suzuki has? The different sections of hose doesn't look good for me.

How do you plug the oiling system, and where do you do it at.?

I was consider doing it lines all the way. But i would like having a manifolds/rails for the head. They look a lot cleaner in my opinion. Then you gotta make a custom oil bypass, Then it gets a little more diffcult if your running a cooler also.

To my knowledge there is no aftermarket version of a top oiler system for a stock kz or j head. Only for the billet heads.

1980 LTD (changed over the years), 1979 LTD (being rebuilt), 1977 KZ turbo and various KZ's in various states of build. KLX110
