Pull engine from frame or not?

I would like to know how much a KZ550 engine weighs and how difficult it is to pull from the frame?
I am working on a 1980 KZ550A that sat for 12 years under a tarp and I am down to the frame and engine. I want to check out the engine compression, valve clearance, points, advance, clutch etc. and clean the engine. Do I need help pulling the engine and do I need a sturdy support to put it on or can I do all the work by leaving the engine in the frame?
Thanks Tomas

You can do all that maintenance with the engine in the frame. However, With everything else off, the engine is not that hard to remove. A stout friend will be a big help, though you can do it solo by laying the whole thing on its side (blankets or several layers of cardboard will protect from scratches), unbolt the engine and lift the frame off it. The engine can be righted for work, or moved to a workbench. Do the opposite to reinstall.
