No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationYes, there is a tool, and eBay has them (see eBay listing below). You use it to do the "clear tube test" which is used to show the fuel level in the carb bowls. This procedure is described in the Kawasaki Service Manual, but the pic below should help too. Ed
