Kz110 cylinder head nightmare was created by Bbydylanm
So I was replacing my gaskets when I have gone through so much trouble with putting it back together,
Then the unspeakable happened I was adjusting my timing when I noticed a broken valve shim on the ground to find this hole in the cylinder head.
I have tried finding one to buy but it's impossible
Any ideas anyone?

Post your year and model, you show KZ110, I assume you mean 1100. Thats a common enough J Head, used thru 81-96. You can find one on Feebay, or PM KZ10006 he might have one. Make sure you buy a good used head, With the correct Camshaft Bearing Caps for that head. As they are machined to fit that head. Watch out for sellers selling a head without Camshaft Bearing Caps.

Oops, it's a 1982 kz1100 spectre d1
I have checked up and down eBay, I guess I will keep my eyes open

The head from the 1000 and the 1100 from 81-83 are the same. The 1100 GPZ is different. The 81-96 1000 police bike is the same, J head.
