Spark Advancer

I have an 1980 A-4 engine or a Mark II. I'm running a Dyna-S.

The Spark Advancer OEM part # is 21148-010 for this engine.

Spark advancer on bike now is marked "1009" in corner.

Is 1009 the wrong advancer? and if so, will-could it alter the running of bike.


PS...looks like spring pressure is very weak....as the weights open very easy and don't snap back.

Unless it is the very early Z1 advancer identified by the "T" mark being very close to the 1 mark you should be alright.
