Wondering if anyone has a cylinder head for an 82 kz1000 for sale??? been dealing with the camshaft cap bolt holes and they are shot...had the timeserted and they must have used the wrong size bit because even they failed...was thinking of trying to find a machine shop to fill the holes back in and redrill and tap...

it's already bored as big is it can be taken..either have to find somewhere that can fill the holes in and redrill and tap them or...find another head...nothing worth looking at on ebay currently..

Would the (Time Sert) Big-Sert work?
I used that kit to redo the four cam-end 6mm holes on a head I had, and they worked beautifully.

What is the current hole diameter where the Timeserts failed? Did they pull out, or spin in-place?
