Help me find info about converting auto tensioner

Please, help me find info about converting auto tensioner to manual. Guy drilled hole and installed bolt in the back of tensioner.

Thats what I did on my KZ1300. The bolt is to prevent it from slamming back and allowing slack.

That is what I did Baldy. It really isn't automatic. You still have to go through the adjustent procedure and then snug up the rear bolt to keep it from being able to back off.
