Valve noise.

Hello all. I recently adjusted the valve clearances to spec, because it was long overdue. Afterwards,I went for a ride, and continue to ride with this (not my bike in the video) noise. It's not only at idle and is constant through the entire range of throttle. I've heard about the legendary "Kawi-click," and aside from my motor running better I haven't noticed any thing different. Am I over reacting? I never heard the valves chatter before.

Pointers? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

The first thing I would do is double check the valve clearances.

readjust your camchain tensioner if the noise is still there it may also be the damper springs in the clutch basket, its not the valves

Something I ran into when I readjusted my valves is I accidentally stripped one of the camshaft bolts, it lasted 500 miles then vibrated loose, make sure everything is torqued properly. Helicoil any stripped holes. Also, checking clearances while in there won't hurt ;)
