The short answer is "probably"

Kawasaki.com has parts diagrams and it is possible to see what models use the same part. Patton has a nice tutorial here
kzrider.com/forum/13-bike-related/376734...-info-on-kawasakicom
on how to access and use the kawasaki parts diagrams.

I took a quick look and can see that the headers from the 83 chain drive ltd are the same as for the 1980 E model but the mufflers are not. Now that does not mean that the mufflers will not fit the E model as it may just be a styling thing. If you take a look you will see that the exhaust parts are shared with some 650 models and you may be able to cross reference a bit further between 1980 750 E, 83 LTD and 650 H1 H2 H3

Somebody with the full answer should be along in a while. In the meantime I hope this helps
Good luck

I would expect the exhaust port spacing to be the same, but the mufflers will be different. You would have to fashion a bracket to attach the LTD pipes to the E attachment points, since the E mufflers tend to be longer. They also made 3 LTD models that year; chain, belt and driveshaft. All the mufflers have different part numbers.

It will probably fit, but that's just an educated guess. The E mufflers are slightly more upswept, so the Ltd mufflers will sit a little lower - not much though, but you'll probably need the Ltd muffler brackets.

I put a 750E exhaust system on my 650-CSR which has the same frame as the 750H-Ltd - it was a direct bolt-on. So I'd guess the fitment would work in the other direction. I had to use the E muffler brackets, so you'll probably need the brackets from the Ltd.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationOkay, further research shows these pipes are from an '83 F1.I believe thats the shaft drive. Does this change anything?
Here's the link.
Thanks,
David

That is the shaft drive. The only difference is most likely the mounting points for the mufflers. If you look at the crossover pipe, it has a mounting point on it. If it resembles the spot on your bike, it will most likely fit. You will most likely have to fashion a mounting bracket, but that should not be unsurmountable.

Maybe. The 750E & Ltd-4 chain drive have a center stand recess on the left side muffler.
From the photos I can't tell if the F1 has the recess.

Its easy to make a stopper for the centre stand if necessary. The picture shows the right

rear of my bike and the stopper is circled (oval really) in red

That may work. But I was thinking that without the recess, the center stand may hang down a bit more than a guy would want. maybe it's no biggie?

To measure is to know. All else is supposition, unfortunately.
