I'm with Baldy where I used Heli coils w/Red Loctite with no issues...
Besides, the cam cap bolts are snug tightened by feel or inch pounds of torque out of the manual... Not like we'd crank them puppies down hard...

If that loose that the certs spin, machinist screwed up... :angry:

Yes it sucks but a knowledgeable machinist should be able to repair that for you...

You really should stick to metric bolts rather than ending up with a mix of different flavors. Just get the appropriate metric kit. Ed
