11009-1274 is a head cover gasket.
11009-1264 is a clutch cover gasket for a KX-125.

Not sure how this confused you, but the 1274 looks like the part I'd get, assuming you are actually looking for a valve cover gasket for KZ750.

If your bike has the Kawasaki supplied Clean Air Suction System(CASS), or known as the smog gear, then the gasket will be different, to allow the ports to clear the gasket.

The 1274 part is the one for the smog control valve cover.

I'm not sure where you are seeing the different gaskets/part number, but as Cynjut said Kawasaki.com shows part number 11009-1264 is the clutch cover gasket for KDX200 and KX125 models.

CYLINDER+HEAD+COVERS show both valve covers using the same part. Every search I did comes up with the same part number for each.

If you have CASS (like the bottom picture on the Partzilla drawing), you definitely need the cover gasket that has the extra holes (they are the part that feeds air into the exhaust). If you don't (the cover is solid) you need the one WITHOUT the extra holes.

If your engine doesn't have the CASS system, it might use a gasket like 11023-006, but I just don't know. That's like the gasket without the extra holes you were describing. You need to look at the cover and see what gasket you need.

You didn't post any pictures, so we can only give you the answers that we have access to.
